HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN POWER SWITCH™?
The caffeine in POWER SWITCH™ is of natural sources as it comes from tea leaves. It is 98% pure caffeine. 1 scoop will provide over 318.5mg of caffeine. Keep in mind there are other stimulants contained in POWER SWITCH™ so you should always test your tolerance with no more than 1/2 scoop initially.

CAN I HAVE POWER SWITCH AT NIGHT?
Due to the powerful long lasting benefits we recommend having it earlier in the day. We also suggest having ADRENAL SWITCH™ on hand in the event you have trouble winding down.
